My Time for Free Time Respite Team

Each week, MY TIME opens its arms to individuals in our community living with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other neurological challenges—offering them joy, dignity, and connection in a safe, loving space. At the same time, their caregivers are gifted a few precious hours of rest, knowing their loved ones are safe and cared for.

How to volunteer?
This kind of ministry can’t happen without our volunteers. We need volunteers willing to sit, sing, smile, and simply be present. We need hearts, not credentials. If you’ve ever asked, “What can I do that truly matters?” — this is it. We invite you to be part of something that is deeply needed and profoundly beautiful.
