Hope Lutheran Church is seeking a part-time Volunteer Coordinator to join our professional staff! This position will assist in the recruitment of volunteers and help equip and train volunteers to serve in various roles within Hope Lutheran Church, as well as work with staff members and team leaders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of all Hope Lutheran Church campuses.
The candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to motivate, train, and interact with volunteers, and will understand the mission of Hope Lutheran Church. They must also possess effective time management skills.
