The goal of Hope’s Pastoral Care Team is to visit a minimum of six people, seven days per week. They share the love and hope in Jesus Christ by visiting those in hospitals, hospice, rehabilitation facilities, assisted living, memory care and independent living facilities through communion, conversation and prayer.
